BRYAN GUERTINThis team is led by Bryan Guertin whose expertise in all
areas of the mortgage industry makes him an easy choice for clients looking for
a dedicated mortgage professional. With over 35 years in the industry, he is a
recipient of numerous awards and holds the designation of Accredited Mortgage
Professionals (AMP) as well as being a member of the Canadian Association of
Accredited Mortgage Professionals (CAAMP). Outside the office Bryan enjoys the
occasional round of golf, and has travelled worldwide to many exotic locations.

DENISE GRIMES
Denise Grimes’ career started in the administrative side of Real Estate in
Oakville where she first met Bryan Guertin. She joined the Mortgage Intelligence
team in 2003 in an administrative support role and then proceeded to get her
mortgage brokers license in 2007. Whether purchasing or refinancing a
residential or investment property, Denise’s calm and patient nature works well
with both first time and seasoned home buyers. She is a lifelong resident of
Halton and currently lives with her husband and two children in Burlington. When
not at her desk, you can find Denise in cottage country with family and friends.

STEPHEN GUERTIN Stephen Guertin is the newest member of the team joining us in 2008. He
completed the Mortgage Brokers course in October 2009 and adheres to the code of
ethics and standards prescribed by the Canadian Association of Accredited
Mortgage Professionals. He is a valuable and dedicated member of the team. When
not in the office you can find Stephen on the field – he plays on an Ontario
Aussie football league team as well as on a recreational soccer team.
